Quick Broccoli Pasta Toss

This is a super easy one pot meal loaded with lots of fiber and just a few ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups
    broccoli florets, fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 p Pound
    whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 Tablespoon
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon
    Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 Teaspoon
    garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli and pasta and cook for about 6 - 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Place pasta mixture in a large shallow pasta bowl and toss with olive oil, cheese and garlic powder. Serve.
