An easy to make appetizer or snack that can be made all in a food processor within minutes.  This is another high fiber alternative to traditional dips.


Ingredients

  • 14 Ounces
    cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2
    garlic cloves
  • 1/4 Cup
    fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    salt
  • 1/3 Cup
    olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth. Serve with crusty bread, whole wheat crackers, or fresh vegetables
