Serves 1 wrap

This breakfast wrap is packed with protein, fiber and flavor.


  • 1 Tablespoon
    olive oil
  • 2 Slices
  • 1/4 Cup
    green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup
    black beans
  • 2
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1
    whole wheat tortilla


  1. In a small non-stick pan, heat olive oil on medium heat and cook turkey about 2 minutes until slightly crispy.

  2. Add bell peppers and beans and continue to cook until warmed through.

  3. In a small bowl beat together egg with milk and salt. Add beaten eggs and stir gently until eggs are almost cooked through.

  4. Add grated cheese and lower heat to lowest setting. Cover and continue to cook until cheese has completely melted. Place mixture on wheat tortilla and roll into a burrito.
