In a small bowl beat together egg with milk and salt. Add beaten eggs and stir gently until eggs are almost cooked through.
Add grated cheese and lower heat to lowest setting. Cover and continue to cook until cheese has completely melted. Place mixture on wheat tortilla and roll into a burrito.
