Spinach and Ham Pizza

A healthy alternative to regular pizza with much more flavor, fiber and nutrition.


  • store bought baked thin crust whole wheat pizza shell
  • 4 Cups
    baby spinach leaves, sliced thinly
  • 2 Tablespoons
    olive oil
  • 3 Ounces
    ham or prosciutto
  • 1/4 Cup
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • garlice cloves, sliced thinly


  1. Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
    Place the pizza shell on a cookie sheet. Scatter spinach all over crust. Drizzle with oil. Place ham or prosciutto, cheeses, and garlic on top of spinach. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
