Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound
    fresh spinach
  • 1/2 Cup
    cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1
    pear, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup
    green onions, chopped finely
  • 1 Tablespoon
    fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup
    fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup
    olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, cabbage, and pear.

  2. To make dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the green onions, basil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice and olive oil.

  3. Pour dressing over salad. Serve.
