A colorful and tasty way to get lots of fiber in your diet. The dressing is filled with lots of fresh flavor.
In a medium bowl, combine beans, onion and bell pepper and set aside.
In a food processor, blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Pour half of the dressing over bean mixture and combine.
Refrigerate at least one hour. Pour remaining dressing over salad and mix gently just before serving. Serve at room temperature.
