This is a refreshing an easy salad to make and chicken breast can be substituted with sliced beef or fish.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1
    carrot, shredded
  • 1
    celery, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 Cup
    red bell pepper, seeded, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 Cup
    chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 Cup
    mangoes
  • 2 Tablespoons
    lime and ginger dressing, store bought

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients until combined.

  2. Serve alone or with whole wheat bread slices.
