Apple Chicken Pita Pocket
You can make this salad the night before and just fill the pitas in the morning.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, apples, and celery.
Add yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix well. Slice pita to make a pocket.
Line with lettuce leaf and fill pita pocket with 1 cup of mixture per pita bread.
Serve with mixed fruit salad (no berries).
