This very easy one-pot soup can be made ahead of time and stored, or it can be on the table in less than an hour.  This soup for Diverticulosis has beef, but can be substituted with turkey or chicken, and has lots of fiber, important in the diverticulosis diet. Excellent soup for Diverticulitis. I made this for my husband and he loved it. He’s not a soup person, so I’m pleasantly surprised.
