This easy to make smoothie can be made with any seasonal fruit…peaches, pineapples, mangoes, bananas.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    mix of mangoes, pineapples, bananas
  • 1 Cup
    plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup
    All Bran cereal
  • 1 Teaspoon
    vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey, or agave nectar, optional
  • 1 Cup
    almond or coconut milk or water
  • 1/2
    avocado
  • 1 Cup
    ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy.
