I struggle with diverticulitis and also to find a proper solution and eating plan. I came across your website with all related information and especially what foods to avoid and consume. With all this in mind and the wonderful recipes you provide I can at last work out a eating plan that will help me to recover from diverticulitis and maintain a proper and healthy lifestyle. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Professional and detailed information is difficult to find.

I was hospitalized in 2023 with a severe diverticulitis flare up PLUS found out I’m both gluten AND dairy intolerant! I had to change my entire diet and have been following the Mediterranean Diet which has made a huge difference.

I’m very interested in trying your recipes and adding them to my family’s meals!
