Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    water or milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 Cup
    dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup
    rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place water or milk, apricots, honey, and cinnamon and oats in a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Cook in microwave for about 2 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

    I use dried apple pieces because I don’t like apricots. I really like this for breakfast. Thanks for the recipe
