Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion; cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
Add squash, apple, broth, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add salt if desired and serve warm.
