Oatmeal Pumpkin Raisin Pancakes

Easy to make pancakes with loads of fiber and a little sweetness with the fruit.
Ingredients
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together egg, banana, honey, pumpkin puree, milk and raisins or dates. Mix dry mixture into wet mixture.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter from cup into hot griddle or pan. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other side until golden.

Good. They cook really fast. I think the spray blackens them. The taste is ok. I used agave syrup instead of honey. Your thoughts?
