Fruit Salad with Avocado

This is a sweet and refreshing way to get fiber and vitamins at lunch or as a side salad at dinner.
Ingredients
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with lime juice and mint and toss together to combine.
Let the salad sit at least 10-20 minutes. Serve over 2 leaves of lettuce per serving.
