Bean and Tomato Salad

A fresh and easy to make salad for the holidays or any time of the year. The beans provide fiber and creaminess and the tomatoes add a fresh touch. Beans are one of the best sources of fiber, needed for diverticulosis.

Instructions
In a medium serving bowl, combine first four ingredients together. Garnish with basil and cheese. Can be served with whole wheat pita bread triangles.
