Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
In a large bowl, combine All-Bran cereal and milk and set aside. Add eggs and oil; stir in mashed banana and brown sugar and combine well. In a separate small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture, stirring just until combined. Pour batter evenly into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin tins; Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden-brown and firm. Allow to cool prior to serving.
