Grilled Fish Tacos

Fish tacos are a lighter alternative to beef tacos and these have lots of fiber.
Ingredients
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pour mixture over fish fillets and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Grill fish over high heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
In a separate bowl, combine onion, jicama, bell pepper, cilantro, beans, zest and juice of lime and yogurt to make a “salsa”.
To make tacos, place fish in warmed tortilla and cover with “salsa” and fold in half. Serve.
