Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, avocado, red beans, lemon juice, tomatoes, and cottage cheese.
Slice the pita bread to make a pocket and spoon in the chicken mixture. Serve.

Looks very good,,,,recently have been diagnosed with diverticulitis and this the first site I have found some really old info,,,I do not have a doctor where I live but emergency hospital said to eat bland ,,,but thank you for all your help,,, I hope I can find this site again,,,,
